Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form or email the desk, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. The form delivers it by email to triage-qna@doctortheta.com, and we use it to reply to you.
2What we never collect
There are no accounts on this site. We never ask for, and never want, private keys, mnemonics, keystore files or wallet passwords. If someone asks you for them in our name, it is not us.
4Node data
The node readings on this site are fetched by our server, so your browser only ever talks to this website to display them.
5On-chain activity
Staking happens on the public Theta blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions and stake amounts are public by design and visible to anyone, including us. We do not link that public data to the messages you send us unless you include it yourself.
6Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting.
7Changes
Any change to this statement is posted on this page. Using this website is also covered by the terms of service.
